Blocked when opening the installer?
The installers aren't code-signed yet, so your OS may warn you the first time:
Windows
- On “Windows protected your PC”, click More info
- Click Run anyway
macOS
- Right-click the file → Open → Open
- Still blocked: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway
Linux
- chmod +x Deplao-*.AppImage, then run ./Deplao-*.AppImage
- “FUSE: fuse2 not available”: sudo apt install libfuse2, or install the .deb: sudo dpkg -i Deplao_*_amd64.deb
System requirements
- Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit), macOS on Apple Silicon or Intel, Ubuntu / Linux x64
- At least 4 GB of RAM (8 GB+ recommended); free disk space for messages and media
- A stable Internet connection; keep the app running 24/7 for workflows, campaigns or employees
What's new in this release v26.10.3
- 🟢 Zalo chat improvements: customers' online status, auto-delete messages (including messages sent from Deplao), hide conversations behind a PIN; Deplao still keeps every message on your machine.
- 🛍️ Send products from Zalo Business accounts: pick from your catalog, and manage catalogs and products right in the app.
- 🔐 A tidier Settings → Accounts: each account's settings appear right under its row: Auto-delete media, Zalo privacy (who can message / call you, online status, "Seen"…), Hidden conversations.
- 💬 "Unanswered" and date-range filters: quickly find customers waiting for a reply; mark conversations as answered one by one or in bulk without sending a message; a clearer "Others (archive)" folder.
- ⚡ Much faster search: searching messages no longer freezes the app on accounts with lots of messages, it finds matches while you're still typing, and typing without diacritics also matches the letter đ.
