AI Assistant

Create one or more AI assistants, each with its own platform, model, API key and System Prompt (role and reply style). Assistants power reply suggestions while you chat, AI Q&A right inside a conversation, designing workflows from Vietnamese instructions, and automatic 24/7 customer replies in workflows.

#What can the AI Assistant do?

#Creating an AI assistant

1. Open the AI Assistant page: sidebar Tools → Integrations (Công cụ → Tích hợp) → the AI Assistant (Trợ lý AI) tab → + Create assistant (+ Tạo trợ lý).
2. Choose the platform and model, and enter the API key: enter the Assistant name (Tên trợ lý), choose the AI platform (Nền tảng AI), then pick the Model again from that platform's list and paste the API Key (the hint below the field tells you where to get one). The key is stored on your computer and encrypted when the operating system supports it.
3. Write the System Prompt: describe the role, style and rules for replying (e.g. a shop's sales consultant who answers briefly and warmly). New to prompts? After creating the assistant, click Suggest with AI (Gợi ý bằng AI; choose industry, goal and tone) or Improve prompt (Cải thiện prompt).
4. Create and test: click Create assistant (Tạo trợ lý) → Test connection (Test kết nối), then try it out in the Test chat (Chat thử) pane on the right. After editing, click Update (Cập nhật).
5. Add more data (optional): Link POS (Liên kết POS), choose a POS connected in Integrations, then search for and pin products so the AI knows their names, prices, codes and photos. Knowledge files (File kiến thức) (TXT, MD, CSV, JSON, HTML, XML, YAML, LOG; the app only takes the text (about 100 KB per file) and adds it to the AI's instructions) the original file isn't sent.
6. Advanced settings: Temperature (precise ↔ creative), Max tokens (reply length), History messages (context) (Số tin nhắn lịch sử (ngữ cảnh); default 30), Base URL (optional) (Base URL (tuỳ chọn)) when going through a proxy / gateway, and Set as default assistant (Đặt làm trợ lý mặc định), used for accounts that don't have their own assistant assigned.

#Using AI while chatting

• AI suggestions (Gợi ý AI): the robot-icon button on the composer toolbar offers Turn on AI suggestions (everywhere) (Bật gợi ý AI (toàn bộ)), Turn off for this conversation (Tắt ở hội thoại này) and Turn off for this whole account (Tắt toàn bộ tài khoản này). When you open a conversation and when a customer sends a new message (Zalo, Telegram), the AI suggestions bar shows suggested replies: click one to put it in the composer, edit it if needed, then send it yourself (the AI never sends on its own).
• AI Assistant panel: click the robot AI Assistant icon at the top of the chat (or Ctrl+S, macOS: Cmd+S). Pick an assistant and ask anything; with Context on (Ngữ cảnh bật), the AI also reads the latest messages of the conversation (Context size (Số ngữ cảnh) up to 1,000 messages). The Summarize (Tóm tắt) button summarizes the conversation; every answer has Insert into chat (Chèn vào chat) and Copy. The app remembers the chosen assistant and the Q&A history for each conversation.
• Assign per account (Gán theo tài khoản; on the AI Assistant page): choose which assistant handles Message suggestions (Gợi ý tin nhắn) for each account; leave it on Default (Mặc định) to use the default assistant (if none is set, an enabled assistant is used).

#AI in workflows

• AI copilot: in the workflow editor, click the AI button → Workflow design assistant (Trợ lý thiết kế workflow). Describe what you need in Vietnamese; the AI asks about anything unclear, then proposes a diagram with a preview. You choose to apply it to the workflow, with Undo AI (Hoàn tác AI) available. Pick an assistant with a strong model.
• AI nodes: Generate content with AI (Tạo nội dung bằng AI; writes replies, summaries, content) and Classify text with AI (Phân loại văn bản bằng AI; sorts messages into categories such as price question, order, complaint). Under AI configuration (Cách cấu hình AI), choose Use an existing AI assistant (Chọn trợ lý AI đã tạo) to reuse the assistant's prompt, knowledge files and pinned products; 9Router assistants only work this way.
• 24/7 chatbot: When a message is received → Generate content with AI → Send message. Turn on Batch consecutive messages (Gom tin nhắn liên tiếp) at 10–15 seconds so the AI answers once, after the customer has finished typing. #Things to keep in mind

• Cost: every suggestion, question or AI node run is one AI call, billed at your provider's prices (except free models). AI suggestions send a request when you open a conversation and whenever a customer sends a new message: turn them off for conversations / accounts that don't need them. See the tokens used via each assistant's Report (Báo cáo) button or Reports → AI (Báo cáo → AI; see Reports & analytics).
• Data sent out: the conversation content used as context, the System Prompt, the text of knowledge files and the pinned products are sent to the AI platform you chose. Don't put sensitive information in prompts.
• Check the answers: AI can be wrong. Read suggestions before sending; test automated chatbots with Simulate (Mô phỏng; it doesn't call the real AI, only returns sample text) and then a Test run (Chạy thử) in an internal conversation.
• A disabled assistant (the Active (Kích hoạt) switch on the assistant page) isn't used for suggestions, the chat panel or workflows.
• Old models that have been retired are switched automatically to the current equivalent: no need to reconfigure.
• Employees use the assistants the Boss creates; AI requests from employee machines run through the Boss machine.

#9Router: free AI right on your computer

9Router is an AI gateway (proxy) that runs on your own computer at http://localhost:20128: it gathers many AI providers behind one address, including many free models. Deplao connects to 9Router through the 9Router Proxy platform of the AI assistant.

#Why use 9Router with Deplao?

• Free models: Deplao's 9Router model list includes many models tagged (free), e.g. Kiro: Claude 4.5 Sonnet (free) and OpenCode: DeepSeek V4 Flash (free).
• Works with every AI feature: reply suggestions, AI Q&A in conversations, the AI workflow copilot, and AI nodes that answer customers 24/7.
• One address for many providers: connect providers in the 9Router Dashboard; on the Deplao side you only need one assistant pointing at 9Router.
• Enter any model: if a model isn't in the list, choose Custom model - tự nhập... and type the exact model name.

#Installing 9Router

1. Open a terminal (CMD / PowerShell): on Windows, press Win + R → type cmd → Enter, or right-click the Start button → Terminal. On macOS / Linux, open the Terminal app.

2. Install 9Router: your computer needs Node.js (which comes with the npm command). Paste the line below into the terminal, press Enter, and wait until it reports the installation finished (an added ... packages line):

3. Run 9Router (every time you use it): type the command below and press Enter, and keep the terminal window open while you use AI. The first run can take a while: wait until the terminal says the Dashboard is running at http://localhost:20128.

4. Get an API key from the 9Router Dashboard: open http://localhost:20128, connect the providers / models you want, and get a key under API Keys.

5. Configure it in Deplao: create an assistant on the 9Router Proxy platform, choose a (free) model, paste the API key → Create assistant → Test connection. Each field is explained in the next section.

#Setting up a 9Router assistant in Deplao

With 9Router running, go to Tools → Integrations → the AI Assistant tab → + Create assistant and fill in:

• AI platform: choose 9Router Proxy.
• Model: pick the model again from 9Router's list (the Model field may still hold the previous platform's model), e.g. Kiro: Claude 4.5 Sonnet (free) or OpenCode: DeepSeek V4 Flash (free); for other models choose Custom model - tự nhập... and type the model name.
• API Key: paste the key from the 9Router Dashboard → API Keys (this field can't be left empty). When the 9Router platform is selected, an Open 9Router Dashboard (Mở Dashboard 9Router) button appears right below the field.
• Base URL (optional) under Advanced settings (Cài đặt nâng cao): leave it empty, Deplao calls 9Router at http://localhost:20128 automatically. Only fill it in if 9Router runs on a different address or port.
• Click Create assistant → Test connection. To use this assistant for chat suggestions too, turn on Set as default assistant or assign it under Assign per account.

#Tips & troubleshooting

• 9Router must be running for a 9Router assistant to answer: once you close the terminal window, suggestions, the chat panel and AI nodes using this assistant stop answering.
• To avoid starting it by hand every time you turn on the computer, add the 9router command to your startup programs (e.g. Task Scheduler on Windows).
• If Test connection fails: check that 9Router is still running, that the model name is typed correctly, and that the model already works in the 9Router Dashboard.
• The 9Router Dashboard is at http://localhost:20128 by default while 9Router is running.
